There was mention of R40 entrance fee to TCC! The last time I went I was charged R140. I had a trailer, and two boards(hoping for a storm), then I might as well go to Bronkies, at least there is grass and trees. Is there a fixed fee, or are we charged according to the car we drive. I think that R40 rand is great, but is it controlled? Thanks Peter |

| Fee for windsurfers who are not members of TCC is a flat R40 per sailor (i.e. price includes you, your kit and your car). Looks like Gabi has arranged an annual membership fee of R600 for windsurfers. Bearing in mind we sailed at least 30 days last year, the membership option is by far the most economical. TCC is a better bet to launch from than any other place at Bronkies as a) you can launch in any direction of wind and b) the launch spot is not inundated by drunk idiots in motor boats |

There has been a change in management at the TCC. The old chap used to charge what he liked. Spoke to the Commodore if the club. The price is R40 per person irrespective of how many boards you have with you. Jules |
