Thanks to everyone involved in our little MAC Masters and Blasters events. We had an awesome season and although we are just a small club competition it was a huge success. Winning the competition was all about participation and consistency. 
Mitch Waggstaff won the Masters and at 18 years old this guy has the potential to be a future star. Mitch takes everything in his stride and is a huge inspiration to many aspiring sailors.

Bevan Snyman won the Blasters, and for a man that hardly sails much he is a natural. Bevan just glides across the water and has the natural ability to win. Well done boet.

For the most of us, it was all about getting together, talking kak and having a joll. I feel that our little MAC Masters and Blasters competition is going some way in growing the sport. I have been inundated with sponsors for next year, and the enthusiasm amongst windsurfers of every level is unbelievable. Yes this year we did not have too many recourses available to us and I can only take my hat off to Waggy, Vince and Julian Field for everything they did. Suntrax, Ocean Spirit, Baysports and Helen Reis all contributed with small prizes which were greatly appreciated.

Yet most importantly thanks to over 60 participants who made the past 4 months an absolute blast.  2010/11 Season is gonna be HUGE.
