2006 PWA Pozo Grand Slam
The world's best windsurfers gathered in Gran Canaria to compete for €90,000 in prize money at the 2006 PWA Pozo Grand Slam from July 7th through 17th. Quality surf and good winds throughout the whole competition guaranteed results in all disciplines.
Congratulations from the entire Naish Team for their outstanding performances! |

Naish wave star Kauli Seadi went all out to win the event for the second year in a row, but it was not to be - despite a brilliant streak of clean double forwards and pushloop table tops that took him past Josh Angulo and Kevin Pritchard, it was Victor Fernandez who dominated the final in his home waters. It was nonetheless a great event for Kauli, who is now ranked 2nd overall, just a few points away from a second world championship going into the final event in Sylt. |

Naish Sails team rider Laure Treboux continued her stunning debut on the world tour by scoring third in the women's freestyle with flowing routines of high level tricks such as Spock 540s, and one-handed spocks.
Congratulations from the entire Naish Team for their outstanding performances!
